Configure your Chatbot is easy:

Add the app from Bitrix24.Market
Go to Chathub
Create a Chatbot
Go to Settings
Go to Bitrix24 tab
Enable the Bitrix24 Toogle
Click Save
Copy the Bot ID that is displayed there
Paste the Bot ID in the Bitrix24 Chathub App
Now all you have to do is to create a dialog in Chathub and connect your bot to the contact center in Bitrix24
The Chatbot is ready to answer your client's queries 24/7
